Adding photos and videos
- How to add photos and videosScan the QR code, pick your files, tap Upload. No app and no account needed.
- The Camera button opens my photo galleryOlder versions did this on some Android phones. It is fixed — and here is how to record video.
- My video will not uploadAlmost always the file size or the event’s video allowance. Both say so on screen.
- An upload failed or is stuckUse Retry failed files. Venue wifi is the usual culprit.
- It says "Already added"The same picture is already in the event, so it was skipped rather than stored twice.
- Uploading from an iPhone (HEIC photos and MOV video)Both work as they are. There is nothing to convert first.
- How many photos can be added?It depends on the host’s plan — from 100 photos up to unlimited.
Finding and viewing photos
- How do I get back to the gallery?Scan the QR code again, or enter the event code on the home page.
- My photo is not in the galleryUsually the upload did not finish, or the photo is briefly held for the host to check.
- Can I download the photos?Yes — every event includes guest downloads, at full resolution.
- How long do the photos stay up?Uploads run for 30 days, then viewing continues for a while, then the gallery closes.

Running your event
- Creating an eventName it, pick a plan, pay — the QR code is ready immediately.
- Sharing your QR code with guestsShow it on screen, print the brochure for tables, or send the event code.
- Giving guests more time to uploadExtend the upload window by 30 days for half your plan price.
- Closing an event earlyStops new uploads while keeping the gallery viewable.
- Deleting a photo, or the whole eventHosts can remove anything. Deleting an event is permanent.
