My event says it is not active yet
Payment has not completed. It usually clears within a minute.
An event is created before payment finishes, so there is a short window where it exists but cannot accept uploads. It activates automatically once the card payment confirms — normally within a minute.
If it is still inactive after a few minutes, check your card statement.
If you were charged and the event has not activated, email us with the event name and we will activate it. info@sharepix.net
Do not create a second event to work around this — it will charge you twice.
