Which plan do I need?
One paid plan at $79, and a free event to try it with first.
There is one plan: $79 for a single event, paid once. It covers unlimited photos (with a fair-use ceiling of 5,000 per event, raised free on request) and up to 10 GB of video, a customizable QR code, event branding, approve-before-showing moderation, the guest book and the live slideshow — nothing is sold as an add-on on top.
The free event is a real event with your own QR code and gallery, limited to 50 photos and 1 video. Guests can upload for 14 days, and the gallery stays up for 14 days after that rather than 12 months. One per account, and a limited number are given out each day. It is for trying SharePix at something small before you pay for something that matters.
Both get the same QR code sharing. A paid event gets a 60-day upload window it can extend; a free event gets 14 days and cannot buy add-ons or extend — create a paid event for that.
Running several events at once is what the Corporate plan is for — a monthly subscription that includes 10 new events every month under one account, with extra events at $49 each.
