How many videos does my plan include?
Two on Starter, ten on Standard, thirty on Premium and Corporate.
Videos are counted separately from photos, and each can be up to 250 MB. Your dashboard shows how many have been used.
Photos can be unlimited on the higher plans, but video cannot: a photo is shrunk before it is ever shown, while a video is sent in full every time somebody plays it. The allowance is what keeps that predictable.
For the same reason, videos are yours alone. Guests can film and upload them, but only you can watch and download them — a hundred guests replaying each other’s clips is the one cost in the product with no ceiling on it.
Deleting a video frees its slot immediately. Events created before video allowances existed are not affected by them.
