My video will not upload
Almost always the file size or the event’s video allowance. Both say so on screen.
Videos can be up to 250 MB each, in MP4, MOV, WEBM, M4V or 3GP. For scale, 250 MB is about a minute of 4K video, or four minutes at 1080p.
If a clip is too big, film a shorter one, or lower your phone’s recording quality — Settings, then Camera, then Record Video on an iPhone. Dropping from 4K/60 to 1080p makes the file roughly four times smaller for the same length.
You may also see a message that the event has no video slots left. Each plan includes a set number of videos, and the host can add more. Photos still upload normally when videos are full.
ProRes recording produces enormous files — around 1.7 GB per minute — and will not fit. Turn it off before filming for an event.
