Uploading from an iPhone (HEIC photos and MOV video)
Both work as they are. There is nothing to convert first.
iPhone photos are usually HEIC and iPhone video is usually MOV. Both upload directly — no converting, no exporting, no changing your camera settings.
If you would rather your phone produce the more universal formats anyway, set Settings, then Camera, then Formats to "Most Compatible". It is not required here.
