Running the live slideshow at your venue
Photos appear on a screen as guests upload them, with a short safety delay.
- Buy the Live slideshow add-on from your dashboard.
- On the machine driving the screen, sign in and open your event dashboard.
- Choose Live slideshow — it opens in its own tab.
- Put that tab full screen and leave it running.
Each photo shows for a few seconds, new arrivals jump the queue so guests see their picture while they are still standing there, and the reel loops. It checks for new photos continuously — nothing to refresh.
Photos wait about 90 seconds before they can appear. That is the screening window, so nothing reaches a large screen the instant it lands. Videos are never shown, and held photos never appear.
Set the screen’s machine not to sleep, and check the venue wifi reaches it before the day.
