Finding and viewing photos · For guests
How long do the photos stay up?
Uploads run for 60 days, and the gallery stays up for 12 months after that.
Guests can add photos for 60 days from the event date, and the host can extend that. If the host did not set a date, the 60 days start once the gallery is genuinely being used rather than at setup. After the upload window closes, the gallery stays up for a further 12 months — or, on a free event, 14 days of uploads followed by 14 days of gallery.
You keep viewing it that whole time, at a reduced resolution. Download anything you want to keep while the gallery is open — after that it closes for good.
