A step-by-step walk through every option, and a Help button that answers questions on your dashboard.
On a new event, the top of your dashboard offers Guided customization. It walks you through each option one at a time (your QR code, the look, the cover photo, who can see the gallery, screening, downloads, videos, reminders, challenges, your photographer and printable signs) and opens the right card for each.
- Tap Start guided customization.
- Read the short note for each step and change the card it opens, or leave it as it is.
- Tap Next to move on, Back to go back, or Skip this one. End guide stops at any time.
The guide never changes a setting for you; it only shows you where each one is. It remembers where you stopped on that device.
The Help button in the corner of your dashboard answers questions in your own words from these help articles, with a button that takes you straight to the setting. It can also start the guide. What you type stays on your device.
