Choosing who can see the gallery
Everyone with the link, each guest only their own photos, or only you.
Go to Design → Look and feel → Gallery, then Who can see the gallery. It saves as soon as you choose.
- Everyone with the link: guests see every photo as it arrives. The usual choice, and the default.
- Each guest sees only their own: guests can add as many as they like but only see what they added. Good for work events, events with children, or a memorial.
- Only you: guests add photos and never see the gallery. Everything comes straight to you.
You always see every photo yourself. A guest's "own" photos are the ones uploaded from the same phone and browser, or while signed in.
With either private option, open the live slideshow signed in as yourself so it shows everything. Download links you create still work and show exactly the photos you put in them.
