For photographers: scanning and sorting booth photos
Scan each person before their shot, sync the camera clock, and fix any mix-ups before approving.
- On the event's review page, use the Booth mode panel. Tap Scan next person and point the phone at the person's code. It shows Now shooting with their name.
- Every photo taken after a scan goes to that person until the next scan.
- Once per session, tap Sync camera clock, take one photo with your camera, and choose it. This lets photos be matched by the moment they were taken, even if they upload late.
Open Sort photos by person to fix mix-ups. Photos marked Check were matched by upload time (they had no usable capture time). Select photos, choose someone, then Move to this person, Also send to this person (for group shots, up to 20 people), Take them off, or Unassign. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
Booth photos never go to a shared gallery. Location and camera details are removed from the delivered files.
