Booth mode: headshots and trade shows

Each person signs up, the photographer scans their code, and each person is emailed only their own photos.

Booth mode is for a photographer shooting a stream of different people. Instead of a shared gallery, each person gets their own photos, full resolution, by email. It is included with every event.

  1. On your dashboard, go to Extras and tap Turn on booth mode.
  2. Share the sign-up link on a sign or badge, or tap Open kiosk mode on a tablet or computer at the booth. People enter their name and email, agree to be emailed, and get a QR code.
  3. Invite your photographer with Add your photographer, below.
  4. Before each person's photo, the photographer taps Scan next person and scans their code. Photos are matched to people by when they were taken.
  5. The photographer checks and approves the photos. Within the hour, each person is emailed a private link to theirs.

Kiosk mode remembers nothing between people and clears itself after each sign-up. Signing up again with the same email gives the same code. Up to 10,000 people can sign up per event.

Your attendee list shows who has been emailed. Resend sends someone their link again (not more than once every five minutes, and never to someone who turned the emails off). As the host you can see everyone's photos, and attendees are told so when they sign up.

Full-resolution files are deleted 30 days after the event, with a reminder email a week before. Delivery is by email only; there is no texting.
