Adding your photographer
Give your photographer a one-time code and their shots appear in your gallery as previews they approve.
Your photographer's shots can appear in the same gallery as your guests' photos, within minutes of being taken, as previews they approve one by one. Guests can see them but not download them, so the photographer keeps their originals and their print sales. SharePix Pro is included with every event: there is nothing extra to pay, for you or your photographer.
- Open your dashboard, go to the Extras tab and find Add your photographer.
- Tap Invite a photographer. You get a code like ABCD-EFGH.
- Give it to your photographer. They sign in to SharePix and enter it at sharepix.net/pro/join.
The code works once and expires in 30 minutes. It cannot be shown again, but you can tap Make another code. Once they join, they appear in the list with their business name and Connected · publishing or Connected · paused.
Remove stops a photographer sending or publishing straight away. Photos already in the gallery stay; delete those individually if you need to.
