Tap-to-open NFC stickers on your signs
An optional sticker behind your sign lets guests tap their phone instead of scanning.
An NFC sticker behind the "or tap here" mark on your sign opens the same page as the QR code. It is optional: the QR code works on its own. SharePix does not sell the stickers.
- Buy NTAG213 or NTAG215 stickers (on-metal ones for a metal surface).
- Install a free NFC writer app, such as NFC Tools.
- From your Signs page, open NFC tap tags and tap Copy event link.
- In the app, write a URL record with that link to the sticker.
- Test it with an iPhone and an Android phone, then lock the tag in the app. Locking is permanent.
- Stick it behind the "tap here" mark. Card is fine; a thick frame or metal stand is not.
