Moments: a QR code for each part of the day
Give the ceremony, dinner or dance floor their own QR code so the gallery groups photos by part of the day.
Moments are the parts of your event — "Getting ready", "Ceremony", "Reception". Each one gets its own QR code, and the gallery shows a section for each. They are optional: without them, every photo lands in one gallery.
- Go to the Share tab and find Moments.
- Type a name, add a description if you like, and tap Add moment.
- Tap QR code on a moment to show its code, then print or screenshot it for those tables.
Scanning a moment's code opens the upload page with that moment already chosen. Guests can also pick it under Which part of the day? or skip it. Photos without a moment appear under Everything else.
Up to 24 moments per event. Removing one keeps its photos in the gallery; they just stop being grouped.
