Reminding guests to add their photos
Offer guests an email the morning after, and again before uploads close. You never see their addresses.
After a guest's first upload, SharePix can offer to email them a reminder to add more. You never see their address, and it is deleted 30 days after uploads close.
- Go to the Guests tab and find Guest reminders.
- Tick Offer guests a reminder (off until you turn it on).
- Check the Event time zone, so reminders arrive at 10am where the event is.
The first reminder goes out at 10am the morning after your event date, so your event needs a date. A second goes out three days before uploads close, if uploads stay open more than a week. The card previews both dates.
Closing uploads stops any reminders still to come. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link.
